Title Form was built for title abstractors by title abstractors. With over 15 years of experience in the title industry, we created this system with better optimization for typists, clean and clear reports for clients and mobile-friendly document retrieval for title abstractors.
Personal Site
Your Title Form site will be fully branded with your logo and your main company color. You can choose your subdomain – http://yourname.titleform.com
Forms with Letterhead
Title Form includes standardized information including deed chain, mortgages, taxes, judgements/liens. Additional form customizations may be available upon request. Each submission will generate a completed PDF form with your logo and contact information.
Multiple Users
Everyone in your office from your abstractors and typists to your owner will have their own login for your Title Form. We will adjust each user’s permissions based on your preferences.
Run Reports
Search by any keyword. Filter by entry date and/or client. Print or Download reports to XLS (Excel) or PDF format.
View Title Form Anywhere
Finally, you can access your full database of searches from the road, within county offices, in your office, at home, or wherever you may roam. Cloud-based software allows you to access your information from anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection. No software downloads required!
Mobile Compatibility
Enter property searches or view existing submissions from any mobile device. Since your records are saved on the cloud, Title Form doesn’t require any storage on your mobile device.
File Backup & Security
We understand how important it is to keep your information safe. We backup all data on a separate server and update software regularly to prevent security vulnerabilities.
Accept Payment Online
